A beautifully restored stone farmhouse in the mountains, surrounded by a fragrant pine forest and with stunning views across the valley. There's a delightful small village around 2 km away where you can find wonderful local foods and crafts... and one of France's few 3 star Michelin restaurants, Le Clos des Cimes (Regis Marcon) - great for foodies! The house has been very tastefully and traditionally restored using beautiful fabrics and antique furniture. It is warm and cosy in the winter with underfloor heating, a Godin wood burning stove in the dining room and a huge original open stone fireplace in the sitting room. In the summer, thanks to metre thick stone walls, the house provides a cool retreat from the hot daytime sun. It also ensures everyone enjoys a good night's sleep! There are many activities in the surrounding area from swimming in the lake and riding to all terrain motor sports. A great place for a truly relaxing holiday.
